The Feminine Fire SOLUTIONS
Everone I know has problems. We all have things that don’t go as planned or have challenges which catch us off guard.
When you stop to think about it, a problem is nothing more than a situation in need of improvement.
My experience is that people can have three responses to their “situations”:
1. Wallow in misery and be a victim.
2. Promise themselves that this time they will handle it, usually every New Year`s Eve.
3. Create a solution and actually solve the problem once and for all.
What are the people doing who repeatedly achieve their goals and create the life they want?
It is setting a strategy that is consistent with one’s skills and ability to execute the plan.
Every problem has numerous possible solutions.
For example, if you want to create financial independence, your solution might be to invest in real estate, but then you would have to narrow down your solution to a specific sector of the real state market, like single family houses. But even that is not narrow enough. You would have to decide if you were going to invest in rehabs, flips, lease options, preconstruction, builders, subdivisions, or rent to own.
The reality is that you can make a fortune in any of these sectors, just like you could make a ton of money in virtually any sector of the stock market or in any operating business you might start or invest in.
THE KEY TO SUCCESS is never about what you do, but rather about how you do it.
THE SOLUTION you select is really just another word for your strategy and every strategy is dependent on execution.
You can have the greatest strategy in the world, but if the strategy is not executed, then it will fail.
My experience is that most people don’t have what they want in their lives because they consistently select strategies that they cannot execute.
Too many people select a solution which is not consistent with or aligned with the skills they have and thus they can’t execute it and it fails.
If you consult any textbook or guru on the subject of strategy, they will tell you to select a strategy first and then figure out what skills or tactics or resources you need.
Strategy should determine the tactics. I think that is a great theory, but unfortunately is fraught with problems and only will work if you have unlimited resources and time.
People who consistently achieve their goals and fix their problems look first to their skills and capabilities before deciding on a course of action and a solution to their problems. Creating financial independence is a great goal.
The strategy you select should be based on the skills and resources you have available or that you can quickly acquire and that you can actually execute.
Too often I see great plans and solutions which never get executed, and thus the goals never reached, because they are based on the elegance of the strategy and not on the reality of skills and time needed to execute the strategy selected.
Prior to selecting any solution to a situation in need of improvement, check out your assumptions about what you are really capable of doing and then design a solution that is consistent with your skills.
The only solution worth implementing is the one which is sustainable!

Key #1 Deserve
You must believe this! It is imperative.
Believing that you deserve it sets into motion all the necessary components to bringing it into fruition.
Start by putting your experiences into language. This is where it begins. Make it useful to others and express yourself in ways so that others can benefit from your experiences and learnings. Turn on the light and change the life of another human being.
Believing that you deserve something means that you take action towards it.
Life requires action. As does love and as does success. More on this later.
What action are you taking in your life to bring you closer to your dreams?
Make sure you’re not lazy with your language. You are constantly affecting others with your words.
Stay sharp and clear with your communication because it has so much to do with your income, your relationships and with your life style.
Language shapes your life, shapes your future and creates your destiny.
Make your language useful.
Here is what’s important!
It takes more than one voice to learn everything you need to learn to shape your life.
No one person has all the answers.
Be sure to make your acquaintances meaningful. You never know whom you will meet and what incredible insight they may be able to offer.
Sometimes the most improbable encounters can have the deepest impact.
Key # 2 Sincerity
Sincerity is a great place to start for you to have impactful communication.
Sincerity however is not a test of truth. Saying; ”He must be right he’s so sincere.” is a dangerous approach. It is possible to be sincerely wrong.
Along with sincerity it is important for you to know that good ideas and inspiration can be the explosive start of something incredible for you. The building of an idea, of a relationship, of a country.
Ideas that are powerful enough to finally become reality, coupled with enough inspiration to ensure it happens, can be one of your most powerful tools.
It is also how you turn nothing into something. You start with ideas and imagination.
Ideas and imagination, although not tangible, are not anything. Ideas can become so powerful in your mind, they seem real before they even happen. And imagination can be so strong you can actually see it.
Imagine the possibilities and know that it is not only possible, but that it is possible for you. Faith is a beautiful thing.
If you believe that what’s possible is possible for you, then you can accomplish anything. Do you get this?
“Faith is substance”. It may not be the complete substance, but it is a part of it. Faith is a piece of the evidence that your believing can make things come true.
Key #3 Making it real.
In order to have the things you desire, you must set certain actions into motion.
